You asked, we answered! Everyone had been requesting a sweet red but we didn't want to do anything too sweet. So we met everyone in the middle to introduce an "off-dry" red. It is not too sweet, but also not too dry. It is a Touriga Nacional which is a Portuguese varietal. It comes from the Texas High Plains. With 13.9% abv and 1% residual sugar, this one is sure to be a hit among a crowd! While drinking Crimson Clover, you will observe a caramel and slightly sweet nose. It is soft on the front, with sweetness in the middle and a nice smooth finish.
