We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 254-335-0099 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
With the situation regarding COVID-19 changing day by day, we will continue taking Texas Health and Human Services protocols very seriously. Our main concern is our customers' safety as well as our family of employees. Our Tasting Room reopened on Friday May 1, 2020. All guidelines are posted on location and the current recommended occupancy limitations will continue to be exercised. We ask that our customers help us to maintain 6 ft separation from other individuals not in your party. We also will limit table/party size to 6 persons. Please self-screen yourself for any symptoms or illness and stay home when you are not 100% well. Please use our sanitizer and wash hands when appropriate. You may continue to order your wine online for UPS delivery in Texas. We are still offering curbside pick up during regular business hours and free delivery to anyone who is within 25 miles of the winery.
